You may apply if you meet all these criteria:

• You are a Missouri resident
• Your child has an established IEP or ISP OR your family income does not exceed 300% of the free and reduced lunch limit, AND
  • Your child is transferring from a public/charter school, OR
  • Your child is entering Kindergarten or 1st grade, OR
  • Your child is a sibling of a qualified student who received a MOScholars scholarship last year and will again this upcoming year.

• The application for the 2026-2027 school year is now open.
• Be sure to review the Parent Handbook before applying.

• Start by completing the prequalification survey.
• If you qualify, stay on that page to proceed to the FACTS application.
• Use your existing FACTS account if you have one or create a new one if you don’t.

• Returning MOScholars families do not need to complete a FACTS application; they will receive a renewal survey.
• Check page 5 of the Parent Handbook  for a list of required documents.

• Both programs are managed by Today & Tomorrow Educational Foundation (TTEF) but have different eligibility, applications, and deadlines.
• Families can apply to both programs but must submit separate applications.
• If awarded both scholarships, only one (the one with the higher amount) will be applied per child per school year.
