Today and Tomorrow Federal Scholarship Program

The Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation has provided need-based scholarships to children across the Archdiocese of St. Louis for more than 35 years. While federal regulations are still being finalized, we are preparing to support donors, families, and schools as this new opportunity becomes available.

The U.S. Treasury Department is expected to release proposed regulations by the end of September 2026. This page will be updated as official guidance is released and program details are confirmed.
