Funded through contributions to the Beyond Sunday campaign, the Beyond Sunday Education Fund Scholarship Program provides tuition assistance to middle-income families seeking a Catholic education for their children. Beyond Sunday is open to students of all faiths, with preference given to Catholic students whose families are Catholic and registered in a parish in the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Elementary school awards renew through the eighth grade, and high school awards may renew through the twelfth grade. Annual income requalification is required for all awards.

For the 2025-2026 school year, Beyond Sunday Fellows Scholarships will be tiered based on family income, with a maximum award amount of $4,000. A minimum annual tuition payment of $1,000 per student is required. Approximately 60 new awards will be available, primarily for incoming freshmen applying for Archdiocesan High Schools. Because demand is high and preference for Beyond Sunday scholarships is given to Catholic families registered in a parish, it is expected that all new awardees will be registered Catholics. Beyond Sunday Scholarships are transferrable if the student transfers to another participating Catholic high school within the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Beyond Sunday Scholarships are limited to one per family per school, though families may be eligible for additional tuition assistance through other programs.

Applicants for Beyond Sunday Fellows Scholarships will be required to complete two short answer questions and submit both an affirmation statement and letter of good standing. Students awarded a Beyond Sunday Fellows Scholarship are expected to participate in an annual faith experience event planned by the Roman Catholic Foundation of Eastern Missouri and complete an annual service activity.

The open application period for Beyond Sunday Scholarships is January 21 – February 28, 2025.
