The Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation is pleased to announce that Pete Cerone has been appointed as Executive Director, effective immediately.

Pete has been a valued member of TTEF since 2018, bringing a deep passion for educational opportunity and student success. Pete was appointed Acting Executive Director in July of 2024, and served as Senior Director of Advancement prior to that. Before joining TTEF, he led the Advancement Office at St. John Vianney High School where he played a key role fostering support for scholarships and educational initiatives. His commitment to providing access to quality education aligns perfectly with the mission of TTEF.

“I strongly believe in the value of a quality education,” said Cerone. “When families have the opportunity to choose the school that will provide their child the best chance to achieve their God given potential, lives are profoundly changed. I look forward to continuing the nearly 35-year tradition of the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation by helping families grow and change through education.

“Pete is a very talented leader with a passion for helping kids get the education they deserve,” said Mike Dierberg, Chairman of TTEF. “We are confident that with Pete’s leadership, experience, and dedication, TTEF’s impact on the community will continue to grow, ensuring that deserving children have access to the educational opportunities they need to succeed.”

The Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation (TTEF) provides need-based scholarships, giving children in St. Louis and surrounding counties access to private and parochial elementary schools. Since 1991, TTEF has grown into Missouri’s largest elementary school scholarship organization.
