As you may have heard, TTEF Executive Director Julie Scott Soffner was recently appointed by Archbishop Mitchell T. Rozanski to fill the newly created role of President of the Office of Catholic Education and Formation.
In this new capacity, effective July 1, 2024, Julie will oversee catholic education across the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Having worked very closely with Julie over the past three years, I could not be more thrilled that Archbishop recognized Julie to be exactly the right person to help propel the catholic school system forward.
We are also fortunate to have a strong team in place at the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation. The TTEF staff will ensure that our organization, with your support, continues to provide great educational outcomes to kids in the region who would not otherwise be able to afford a private, faith-based education. We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has selected Pete Cerone to serve as Acting Executive Director. Pete is a talented leader and seasoned development professional who has worked with catholic primary and secondary schools across the region for over 20 years. Since 2018, Pete has served as TTEF’s Senior Director of Advancement.
