On Wednesday, September 22, 2021, Laura George, Director of Scholarships and Kate Sandroni, Director of Programs, received the Cardinal Rigali Service Award presented by the Archdiocese of St. Louis, in recognition of their exceptional dedication to the mission of the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation and Catholic schools. Laura and Kate received this award in recognition of outstanding service to thousands of St. Louis families during the Covid-19 pandemic, processing more than 9,000 scholarship applications for families in need: “We are honored to help families through the application process, giving them a choice in their children’s educational journey. We are grateful to be recognized for our work providing scholarships to children in need,” said Laura and Kate.

 

The Cardinal Rigali Service Award is presented annually to employees and volunteers who exhibit selfless devotion to the Gospel of Jesus Christ in parishes, schools, and agencies throughout the Archdiocese. Laura George has served the mission of the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation for eleven years, and Kate Sandroni has served for nine years, at a combined twenty years of service to St. Louis families.
