The board of the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation has elected Steven Brown, Principal and Chief Executive Officer, Balke Brown Transwestern to serve as a member of the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation Board.
“I have seen the value of a quality education in my life and in the lives of my employees,” said Brown. “A quality education can change families for generations, and I look forward to continuing the 24 year tradition of the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation by helping children of the city of St. Louis, especially those in low-income families, receive a quality education in a safe, caring and academically challenging environment.”
A native St. Louisan, Steve has been with Balke Brown Transwestern for thirty years where he has sponsored more than $500 million of commercial real estate investment in the region. He is the recent past president of the St. James the Greater School board where he saw the direct benefits of the TTEF mission. Steve and his wife Diane have been married 31 years and have 4 young adult children.
